First interview
You have impressed us with your application and we would like to get to know you better. We will invite you to a virtual interview via MS Teams with People & Culture. The focus here is on cultural fit.
Second Interview & Team Meet
Did your first interview go well? Now we invite you to a second interview with the manager and People & Culture. Here we'll see together how well we fit together on a professional level. We will also show you our premises and you will have the opportunity to meet your future colleagues.
Contract offer
You have completely won us over and we want you in our team! Next, we will make you an attractive offer and send you your employment contract.
Onboarding
We will welcome you to our office on your first day and give you an initial overview of Choice. You will also get to know other colleagues and your buddy and will be provided with everything you need.
FAQs
For an application we need at least a curriculum vitae. Depending on the position, further documents may be required. We would be pleased if documents are as complete as possible and you include a letter of motivation and relevant certificates, for example.

To start your new role, you will go through a comprehensive onboarding program consisting of Induction days, training and support from a personal buddy. This buddy will be at your side during your induction period and helps you to settle in and network at Choice.
